Let’s dive in and celebrate the creativity that made October unforgettable!
1. BTS + FINAL “WEAR WOOL, NOT WASTE” 👕🌍
In their latest film for Woolmark, “Wear Wool, Not Waste,” the team taps into the zombie-horror genre to highlight the environmental dangers of synthetic clothing. The film features a stampede of “shells” made of synthetic garments, designed to resemble human figures, racing through city streets.
Using custom-built “anti-vacuum cannons,” the crew shot garments onto the set, blending practical effects with CGI. The result is a chilling visual that urges consumers and the fashion industry to confront the wasteful impact of fast fashion.
2. FPV Drone Over Ponta de São Lourenço, Madeira – By Ivan Merino
In this breathtaking FPV drone shot, Ivan Merino takes us on a stunning aerial journey over the rugged landscapes of Ponta de São Lourenço in Madeira.
The video captures this remote peninsula’s dramatic cliffs and lush coastal beauty, offering a unique perspective on one of Madeira’s most iconic natural landmarks. With smooth, cinematic FPV flight skills, Ivan brings viewers closer to nature in a way few ever experience.
3. KAMBÔ-T IN ACTION!
4. VETORZERO – Wait for the perfect slice🍺
5. WOLFS – POOR-MANS PROCESS By MATT ARDINE
All car interiors for this project were filmed on a stage in LA, using LED walls for backgrounds, reflections, and lighting. The design, created by the Gaffer and DP in Vectorworks, favored mobile walls for flexibility.
Oops, looks like we’ve got one more to add to the list 😜
6. Not your average golf commercial 🏌♂Capturing the Perfect Shot – By Bradley Dunn
For this golf project, the team spent an entire day at the Glamis Sand Dunes in California, waiting for the perfect moment and rehearsing to ensure they were in the ideal position.
Shot in 4K at 240fps using the RED Raptor and a 1000mm lens with a 2x extender (effectively 4000mm), the team captured stunning, high-detail footage from a distance of about 250 yards from the talent.
The precision of the setup and the breathtaking desert landscape come together to create a visually spectacular shot.
