Following our recent Instagram post featuring the mind-blowing Nike commercial shot with 100 Sony FX3s, we received numerous comments asking where to view the final result. Others wanted to learn more about the entire work and the full setup.

To answer this and bring more context to the incredible behind-the-scenes work, we’ve collected everything here in one place.

This feature includes the carousel breakdown we curated in collaboration with the brilliant team at Division Global. It also includes highlights from the official case study produced by Radiant Images. They engineered this record-breaking bullet-time system to capture the dynamic movements of skate legend Yuto Horigome at 240fps.

In this groundbreaking project for Nike, Radiant Images collaborated with director Marius Gonzalez. They worked with the creative team at Division Global to capture the dynamic movements of Olympic skateboarder Yuto Horigome.

The CHALLENGE and the OUTCOME

Filming high-speed action in a cinematic, immersive way.
The solution: Radiant deployed an epic bullet-time setup featuring over 100 Sony FX3 cameras. All of them captured footage at 240 frames per second.

This innovative system allowed the team to freeze time and showcase every moment with incredible detail. It highlighted both the athlete’s performance and the technology’s creative potential.

We believe this is the best way to showcase the creative and technical excellence behind the project. Moreover, it gives credit where it’s due to all the incredible collaborators involved.

Special thanks to the awesome teams at Division Global and Radiant Images. They consider us every time there’s something super valuable to share with the community. Thanks also to cinematographer Xiaolong Liu, director Marius González, and all the parties involved. The long list of credits is attached in the IG posts.

And stay tuned—once NAB wraps, we may drop something extra with Michael Mansouri and Radiant’s team. This will dive even deeper into the process.
